Hillary offers one on one ASL sessions, as well as group classes, for all ages, via zoom or in person in the Hudson Valley. She has many years of experience teaching ASL, as a native, deaf signer, and incorporates personal experience and Deaf culture into the language teachings. In addition to ASL, Hillary offers one on one acting coaching, for both hearing and deaf actors. She has trained at The Barrow Group Theatre in NYC, graduated with a Theater with Honors Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University, and has acted in many plays and films. $50/hour for private Acting lessons, and $20/hour for group Acting Lessons (minimum 4 students).
**Hillary and her husband, Alex, offer unique workshops in theater and film. The goal and the joy of the work here is to develop your voice, tell your story through theater and/or film, and learn how to see your ideas come to life! These workshops include acting games, acting techniques, scene work, improvisation, filmmaking, directing tips, practical skills in the industry, and hands on filmmaking and editing of the students’ work. Workshops allow us to go deep and work intensely with the student. Students emerge feeling empowered, confident, collaborative, and creatively ignited! $450 for each 3 hour workshops.
